Clear Commission Structure & Agent Responsibilities:

Competitive Commission Splits: Start at 50% and climb to 93% based on your gross commission earnings (see detailed Net Commission Schedule below).
Transparent Fee Structure: Agent Services Fee (4% of gross commission) and E&O fee ($40 per transaction, capped at $800).
Agent Responsibilities: Local, State, and National dues, listing photos/marketing (split first year when not team lead listing), personal advertising.
Achievers Club Bonus: Qualify for Danberry fee coverage.
$295 Transaction Fee: Collected on all sales, purchases, and leases.
Minimum Commission: $4,290 on improved residential property and vacant land.
Referral Fees: Shared proportionately to commission split.
Co-Listed Listings: All listings co-listed with Dawn Heidlebaugh for the first year (50/50 cost split).
