Dawn was absolutely everything you could ask for in an agent. We had some very specific needs for property and were open to moving almost anywhere in the state. Dawn spent two entire days driving across the state with us to look at back-to-back showings. When we finally found the right home she was on top of it making sure we had a great offer put in and that everything leading up to closing was done ASAP. She even found us a great mortgage lender that could get us a better rate than we were previously approved for! Hands down recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, she will get the job done.
