Shantell is a dedicated agent in focusing on the Hancock, Hardin and Wyandot county markets. She grew up in the local area and, after receiving her diploma from Riverdale High School, attended The Ohio State University. There, she graduated on the dean’s list with two associate of science degrees. She then moved back to the Findlay area, where she pursued a career in banking. Along with her husband Allan, they started a local construction company. After several years working in banking, she started a career in real estate with the desire to grow a service-based career. Shantell likes to spend her free time with her husband Allan, Bernese Mountain Dog Ellie Mae, and cat Ana. She enjoys anything outdoors and living a sustainable lifestyle providing for her family by hunting, raising chickens, gardening, and canning. Shantell and Allan also enjoy driving across the country and hiking as many national parks as they can! Ashley Otto grew up in Putnam county and resides in McComb, after spending 6.5 years in Tallahassee, Florida. She likes the close-knit community feel of McComb and appreciates the rural living experience, while still being conveniently close to a bigger town. Ashley is married to Craig, and together they have built a beautiful family. Their family is comprised of their children: Sienna, Petyon, Nathan, and Tenley, along with Flynn, their golden doodle.

Megan was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Love & Honor!) and then moved to Texas for several years where she was a high school teacher and earned her master’s degree. She and her husband (a Wooster, Ohio native) returned to the Midwest to start their family in 2015. They eventually made their way back to the Buckeye State and have fallen in love with Findlay. While she is still working in education, Megan is committed to her clients’ interests and is passionate about building rapport with them to best support their real estate goals.
